What is a reverse tradeshow?

Our innovative Marketplace system matches planners and suppliers for individual appointments based on their requests, as well as additional factors. Planners sit at designated tables and suppliers have 1-2 minutes to travel between appointments. A chime signifies the beginning and end of each appointment.


How much does registration cost?

Registration starts at $4,450. Non-appointment attendee registration is $2,000. Talk to your regional sales rep for more information.


How do I book my hotel room?
The host hotel, Resort at Squaw Creek, is sold out the night of March 13. Complimentary shuttle service is provided from the following available recommended hotels:


Rooms are still available at the host hotel for the nights of March 14-15. Connect attendees can book through our reservation portal or call the hotel at 1-800-404-5544.



How should I get from the airport to the venue?

The trip between Resort at Squaw Creek and Reno takes about 1 hour. Please note prices and times may vary during stormy weather.

  • North Lake Tahoe Express offers shuttle service from the Reno airport to the Resort 5 times daily (12 p.m., 3 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 9 p.m., 12 a.m.) for $49 per person.                     

  • North Lake Tahoe Express offers shuttle service to the Reno airport from the Resort 5 times a day (6:30 a.m., 8:30a.m., 10a.m., 1 pm, 5:30 p.m.) year round for $49 per person

  • Prearranged taxi service may be booked by a concierge ahead of time for $140 (without reservations price may vary). These cars can hold 4- 6 people depending on ski equipment & baggage. All vehicles are SUV-type with 4 wheel drive.



How does the appointment process work?

Planners and suppliers will receive an email stating that the appointment request process is open. Mutual requests get priority, then planner requests are granted, followed by supplier requests. It is not a first-come, first-served process. As long as you complete your requests by the designated end date, your appointment selections will be granted the appropriate priority.


You will receive an email prior to the show with instructions for logging into the appointment portal.
